Difference between active clients, inactive clients, and lead

Active Clients: Active Clients are clients who have an active membership or a class-pack with you or have made a booking in the past 30 days.

Inactive Clients: Inactive Clients are clients who have not made any bookings in the last 30 days or they have an expired membership or class-pack with you.

Leads: Leads are prospective clients added to your system who have not made any bookings, yet. They are either added by you from the Dashboard or they have signed up themselves from the service store.
