How the Waitlist Works
1. Automatic Entry
When a session is full, clients can:
Join the waitlist for the service store
Get added manually by an admin
Be transferred from a cancelled booking
2. Global Waitlist View
The Waitlist page shows:
Added on
Client name
Email
Phone number
Service
Schedule
3. Manage Entries
From the Waitlist page, you can:
Remove a client
Send an email
4. Email Notifications
Clients automatically receive:
Waitlist confirmation
Notification when a spot is available
