How to Hold Payments for a Subscription
Overview
Holding payments pauses automatic billing temporarily while keeping the subscription active. This is useful for delinquent payments or on-request holds.
Where It’s Used
Found under Clients → Subscriptions → Hold Payment
What Happens When You Hold Payments
Auto Pay and linked add-on billing are paused.
The subscription remains active but marked as Pending.
Auto recovery is paused until payments are resumed.
To Resume
You’ll need to retry the payment manually once ready.
