How to Switch a Subscription
Overview
Switching a subscription allows you to move a client to a different program, schedule, or day — without cancelling and recreating their subscription.
It can also be used to convert a trial into a paid plan while keeping all client records intact.

Dashboard → Clients → Subscriptions → Switch Subscription
Steps to Switch a Subscription
Go to Clients → Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you’d like to switch.
Click Switch Subscription.
You will now see a two-step or three-step process, depending on the type of switch.
Option 1: Switch to a Different Day or Program (No Payment Required)
This option is used when a client is moving within the same or another program, and there’s no change to the billing amount.
Step 1 - Switch Subscription: Choose a program to switch to.
You’ll see a list of available programs (e.g., Karate Mom’s, Cooking for Beginners).
Select the new program and click Proceed.

Step 2 - Review:
Verify the new schedule and program details.
Confirm that the billing amount and renewal date remain unchanged.
Click Confirm Order to finalise.

💡 No payment or billing adjustment is made in this type of switch.
Option 2: Switch or Convert Trials (Billing Adjustment Applies)
This option allows you to switch a trial subscription to another program or convert it into a paid enrollment.
The system recalculates the billing period, renewal date, and charges based on the new program.
Step 1 - Switch Subscription: Choose a program to switch to.
A list of available programs will appear.
Select the new one and proceed.

Step 2 - Select Add-ons:
Add or remove related products (e.g., Gripper Socks).
If an item is sold out, it will be marked accordingly.
Step 3 - Review:
Review order details, billing summary, and pricing.
Add discounts or redeem gift cards if applicable.
Choose a payment method:
Charge card on file
Send payment link
Cheque / Cash / Pay Later
Click Confirm Order to complete the switch.

Key Notes
The next billing date automatically updates based on the new program’s start date.
If you convert a trial to a paid subscription, the client will be charged based on prorated calculations.
Add-ons and pricing can be modified before confirming the switch.
