How to Cancel a Subscription

Overview

Canceling a subscription stops all future renewals and Auto Pay charges while allowing the client to complete their current billing cycle.
This action also cancels all linked add-ons associated with the subscription.

Where It’s Used

Found under:
Dashboard → Clients → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription

Steps to Cancel

  1. From your Omnify Dashboard, go to Clients → Subscriptions.

  2. Locate and select the client’s active subscription.

  3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu → Cancel Subscription.

  4. A confirmation window will appear, as shown below.

Cancel Subscription Options

Once you open the cancellation dialogue, you’ll see the following options:

Cancel Subscription

Cancelling the primary subscription will also cancel any linked add-ons.

  • Immediately: Cancels the subscription and all linked add-ons right away.

    • Example: Cancels on Tue, Oct 28, 2025

  • End of the Current Period: Cancels after the current billing cycle ends.

    • Example: Cancels on Mon, Nov 24, 2025

  • On a Particular Date: Schedule the cancellation for a specific future date.

    • Example: Cancels on 28 Oct 2025

At the bottom, click:
Discard to exit without cancelling
or
Yes, Cancel Subscription to confirm your choice.

Important Notes

  • Once cancelled, Auto Pay will be disabled for the client.

  • The client’s access to services will end once the cancellation takes effect.

  • Any linked add-ons (e.g., memberships, add-on products) will also be cancelled.

💡 Tip: If you plan to re-enrol the client later, consider pausing the subscription instead of cancelling.
