Overview

The Change Billing Cycle option lets you extend or modify a client’s current billing period — ideal for aligning renewals with new schedules or paused subscriptions.

Where It’s Used

  • Located under Clients → Subscriptions → Change Billing Cycle

Steps to Update Billing Period

  1. Open the client’s active subscription.

  2. Click Change Billing Cycle.

  3. Review the Current Billing Period.

  4. Enter a New End Date.

  5. Review the updated Next Renewal Date.

  6. Click Confirm.

💡 Updating the primary subscription’s billing period automatically updates any linked add-ons.
