Make-up Credits let clients reschedule missed sessions without affecting billing.
You can manually add or deduct credits for clients through the Adjust Make-up Credit option.
Where It’s Used
Found under Clients → Subscriptions → Adjust Make-up Credit
Commonly used for Programs or Classes that support make-up sessions
Steps to Adjust Credits
Select the client’s subscription.
Click Adjust Make-up Credit.
Choose:
Add Credits
Deduct Credits
Enter the credit count (e.g., 1 or 2).
Click Confirm to save.
💡 Changes reflect immediately in the client’s account.
