Overview
You can temporarily pause a subscription for clients who are unavailable due to travel, illness, or other reasons. This helps you retain clients while ensuring accurate billing adjustments.
Where It’s Used
Located under Clients → Subscriptions → Apply Pause
Applicable to ongoing or recurring subscriptions
Steps to Pause a Subscription
Select the client’s subscription.
Click Apply Pause.
Set the Start Date and End Date for the pause.
Choose how to handle the paused duration:
Pause Subscription: No billing changes.
Extend Billing Period: Extend next billing date by paused days.
Offer Make-up Classes: Compensate with additional classes (for Programs only).
Click Proceed to confirm.
⚙️ Linked add-ons will also pause automatically.
