Overview
The Edit Discount option allows you to modify or remove discounts applied to a client’s active subscription. This is especially useful when running limited-time promotions or adjusting long-term client pricing.
Where It’s Used
Available under Clients → Subscriptions → Manage Subscription (⋮ menu)
Applies to all active and recurring subscriptions
Steps to Edit or Remove a Discount
Go to your Dashboard → Clients → Subscriptions.
Select the client’s subscription.
Click the ⋮ menu → Edit Discount.
Choose one of the following:
Add Discount: Apply a new discount to the subscription.
Remove Discount: Remove any existing discount.
Select the Discount Name from the dropdown.
Review the Updated Upcoming Payment amount.
Click Confirm to save your changes.
💡 The change will apply to all future renewals, including linked add-ons.
