Introducing Family Sharing!

We’re excited to introduce the first version of family sharing for your customers. Now, a parent can buy classes, memberships and events for their family members.

Example- A Father buys a ‘20 Classes/month’ Class Pack for his family. Now, with the Family sharing feature, he split the class pack with his family and tag which classes are booked for which family member.

Features:

Family sharing for Class packs

  • A parent can book a class pack and split the same with their family.

  • The parent can add family members from customer.getomnify.com/Welcome/family

  • The parent can login to their account at customer.getomnify.com and view the upcoming schedules of each family member.

  • A class booking flow on the service store now has a family member dropdown, that allows one to book for family members.

  • As an admin, you can add and track family information of a customer from Frontdesk>Customers>Details>Family.

  • A new class packs property known as Shareable/Non-Shareable is added, both while creation and editing a class pack.

  • Based on the above feature, you as an admin can enable or not enable family sharing.

  • The invoice for classes was changed, and now contains additional information like Class name, Attendee name, and the Class schedule details like Time and Date.

Family sharing for Memberships and Events

  • A parent can book a membership/event for his family.

  • The parent can add family members from customer.getomnify.com/Welcome/family

  • The parent can login to their account at customer.getomnify.com and view the memberships/events of each family member.

  • As an admin, you can add and track family information of a customer from Frontdesk>Customers>Details>Family.

  • The booking details table on Front desk has a new field called Attendees, which will show the particular Family Member who is attending the event or for whom the membership is

  • The invoices of membership and event are changed, and now has information of attendees, for whom the membership/event was booked.
