By following these instructions, you'll know exactly where to look in the interface and how to mark a product as Delivered or Not Delivered.
Step 1:
From the Home Page, select a Schedule to access your Roster.
Step 2: Open your Roster
From the Home Page, review your "Upcoming schedules" and locate the schedule you want to review.
This opens the Details Panel on the right.
Step 3: View product purchases
In the Details Panel, click the shopping bag icon 🛍️ to view product purchase information.
Step 4: Update delivery status
On the Product Details screen:
Select Delivered to confirm the product has been received.
Select Not Delivered if it hasn’t.
The status updates instantly.
✅ That’s it! You’ve now reviewed schedule details and updated the product delivery status quickly and accurately.
