How to book Unlimited or Practice & Play from Front Desk?

In Omnify, you can easily book Unlimited or Practice & Play classes for customers using credits from the Front Desk.

Step 1: Locate the Customer

  • Go to your list of customers.

  • Use the search bar if you need to quickly find a specific customer.


Step 2: Open the Customer Profile

  • Select the customer (e.g., Jack Gray, whose child is Emily Gray).

  • On the subscription side panel, you’ll see add-ons like:

    • Unlimited

    • Practice & Play


Step 3: Choose Booking via Credits

  • Click Book Class via Credits.

  • This works for both Unlimited and Practice & Play add-ons.

  • For now, let’s use the Unlimited option.


Step 4: Review Available Credits

  • The system will display the customer’s remaining credits.

  • Example: If they have 2 credits, you can book 2 classes.

  • The first tab shows age-eligible classes only.


Step 5: View All Classes (Optional)

  • Switch to the second tab to see all classes, regardless of age.

  • You can override age restrictions if needed.

  • Example: Book Emily into the Weather’s class.


Step 6: Confirm the Booking

  • Select the class date (e.g., 27th August) and click Book.

  • The system confirms the booking.

  • Return to the order to verify, and check the updated remaining credits.


Step 7: Book via Practice & Play

  • Follow the same process using the Practice & Play option.

  • Example: Book a class on 29th August.


Step 8: Adjust Credits if Needed

  • If the customer has no credits left, click Adjust Credits.

  • You can add or deduct credits.

  • Confirm changes and view the updated balance.
