How to Use Make-Up Classes from Front Desk

In Omnify, you can easily add, remove, and book make-up classes for customers. Follow these steps to manage them from the Front Desk.

Step 1: Open the Roster

  • Navigate to the Calendar and open the Roster for the program.

  • Example: Siblings and Friends roster.


Step 2: Find the Date

  • Locate the roster for the desired date (e.g., September 22nd).


Step 3: Mark Attendance

  • Identify the confirmed customers.

  • Mark them as Absent.

  • Once absent, a make-up class is automatically credited (shown with a make-up icon).


Step 4: Add or Remove Manually

  • You can adjust make-up credits manually:

    • Click the make-up icon → Adjust Makeup Credit.

    • Add or remove make-up classes.

  • Example: Add one make-up class to a student’s account.


Step 5: Book a Class with Makeup Credit

  • Click the make-up icon again → Book a Makeup Class.

  • Select any age-appropriate class.

  • Example: Book them into the Waddlers class.


Step 6: Confirm the Booking

  • Confirm the desired date and time.

  • Example: 8th Mondays class.


Step 7: Verify the Booking

  • Go to the date of the booked class (e.g., September 8th).

  • Open the class roster.

  • Confirm that the student has been added (e.g., Emily Gray in Waddlers class).
