How to Book a Trial and Enrol in a Program from Front Desk

Omnify’s Front Desk makes it simple to create orders, add customers, and book both trial classes and full program enrollments.

Step 1: Start a New Order

  • Go to the Front Desk section of the dashboard.

  • Click Create Order.


Step 2: Add a Customer

  • Either add a new customer or select an existing one.

  • For a new customer, enter details like:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone number

  • Optional: Add payment details, client notes, or marketing preferences.

  • Click Add Family Member to include kids and enter their details (e.g., date of birth).


Step 3: Begin the Trial Booking

  • Return to Create Order with the customer profile ready.

  • Select the child (e.g., Lisa Mo) as the attendee.

  • Choose a start date (you can backdate within a 7-day buffer).


Step 4: Choose Trial or Enrollment

  • Select whether to start a Trial or a Full Enrollment.

  • Trials may include:

    • Class packs (e.g., Practice and Play)

    • Unlimited trial classes (only available during the trial, not after enrollment).


Step 5: Confirm the Trial

  • Click Proceed.

  • Pick the payment method (e.g., card on file or cash).

  • Confirm the order (e.g., $29 for the trial starting August 26th).

  • View either the Order or the Customer Profile.


Step 6: Book a Full Enrollment

  • From Create Order, select an existing customer (e.g., Bruce Wayne).

  • Choose the child’s profile.

  • If the child’s age doesn’t fit, you may see an error — but you can override it using the Front Desk.

  • Select the program, payment method, and confirm the booking.


Step 7: Review the Enrollment

  • Once confirmed, the customer is successfully enrolled in the program with the add-on class packs.
