Here's how to power-up your POS game with Omnify's multipurpose Front Desk Feature to manage client check-ins, bookings, schedules & more!

Functionalities of Frontdesk

  1. Add a Client

  2. Make Bookings

  3. View All Bookings in a Table view

  4. View and Print Invoices

  5. Cancel a booking

  6. Delete a booking

  7. Abandoned Booking

Add a Customer

  • Go to Dashboard

  • Click on Front desk and then on Bookings

  • Click on the Add Client Button on the Top Right corner of the page

  • Enter the Name, Email ID, and Phone Number.

  • To add additional information, click on the Add Additional Information link

  • Click on Add button

You can also add a customer from the Client Page. You can check the article “How to add clients via All Clients?”

Make a Booking

  • Go to Dashboard

  • Click on Front desk and then on Bookings

  • Click on the Add Client Button on the Top Right of the page

  • Select the Payer- The Customer who will be paying for the service. If the customer is not added, add them by clicking on the Add Payee Button

  • Select the Specific Service Type you want to book from the Tab (example: Class, Class Pack, Facility)

  • Select the particular service you want to book and fill in all the details

  • Select the Attendee- The Attendee is the person who will be attending

  • Click on Add to Cart

  • Add Discounts or Any additional charges to the Cart from the Dropdown

  • Payment mode:

a) Online: By Default, this option is chosen. If this option is chosen, then a payment link will be sent to the payer to confirm the booking. Till then the booking will show as pending

b) Offline: If you choose the payment mode as offline (by switching the button from green to grey), you have to select whether the booking was done by Cash, Check, or any other means

  • Review the Total Amount and click on the Total Amount Button

  • Booking is Confirmed.

View All Bookings in a Table view

  • Go to Dashboard

  • Click on Front desk and then on Bookings

  • Filters: You can use Filters to Sort by Services

View and Print Invoices

  • Select and Click on the Booking that you want to view

  • Invoice will open in a modal

  • Click on the Print button

Cancel a booking

  • Select and Click on the Booking that you want to view

  • Invoice will open in a pop-up

  • Click on Cancellation and Refunds button

  • Click on the Cancel button

Delete a booking

  • Select and Click on the Booking that you want to view

  • Invoice will open in a pop-up

  • Click on the Delete Booking button

  • Confirm Delete

Abandoned booking

Abandoned Bookings- If someone comes to your website and doesn’t make a payment, you will see the booking as an Abandoned Booking on your bookings table
