What is Conflict Management?
Our latest enhancement, the Conflict Management feature prevents double bookings. Unlike previous restrictions, this feature alerts clients attempting to book overlapping time slots, guaranteeing a smooth experience across classes, appointments, facility, and events.
To configure booking restrictions and manage potential conflicts, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings and choose "Booking Restrictions
This will lead you to a page where you can configure both Booking Restrictions and Conflict Management settings.
Scroll down to the "Booking Restrictions" page and locate the section labeled "Manage Booking Conflicts".
Within the "Manage Booking Conflicts" section, you'll find two options:
"Do not permit overlapping Schedule bookings"
"Allow them to book for overlapping Schedules but display a warning message"
Enabling the first option will prevent clients from booking services at the same time.
Enabling the second option will allow clients to book overlapping appointments, but a warning message will be displayed.
After choosing the desired option, select the services for which you want to apply this setting and toggle the switch to turn on this feature for the service store.
Ensure to save the changes to proceed with the configuration.
This functionality is designed to prevent duplicate bookings and guarantee fair and equal booking opportunities for all your clients.
