How to contact clients through the Omnify Go app?
The enhanced "Client Details" section now displays parent/payer contact info for children without email or phone. Ideal for childcare and educational businesses, ensuring swift communication, especially in urgent situations.
To access this new feature:
Navigate to the "Clients" section.
Select the client whose information you want to access.
You will be taken to their profile, where you can locate contact details for their parents or payers. Options for communication include call, text, and email.
Furthermore, while managing attendees within a schedule, you can also access this information through client details.
