Introduction: Store Credits & How to use it

At Omnify, we are constantly working to provide features that make managing your service-based business easier and more efficient. In this support article, we'll guide you through how to use the Store Credits feature to manage client bookings effectively. Store Credits can help you enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the booking process.

Accessing Store Credits on Omnify: To access and manage Store Credits for your clients, follow these steps:

  • Log In to Your Omnify Dashboard: Go to Your Dashboard and enter your credentials.

  • Navigate to the Clients Section: Once logged in, click on the "Clients" tab on the main dashboard.

  • Select a Specific Client: From the list of all your clients, choose the client for whom you want to manage Store Credits.

  • Access the Store Credits Tab: Inside the client's profile, you will find the "Store Credits" tab. Click on it to get started.

Managing Store Credits: On the Store Credits tab, you can perform two main functions: tracking existing store credits and creating new store credits.

Creating New Store Credits:

To create new store credits for a client, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Create a Discount" button.

  • Enter the required information

  • Click "Save" to create the store credit.


Tracking Existing Store Credits:

Here, you'll see a summary of your client's available store credits, including the current balance and any details related to each credit, such as credit balances and expiration dates.

Using Store Credits:

Store credits are automatically applied when making manual bookings from the front desk.

Here's how it works:

  • Create a manual booking for the client from your front desk.

  • If the client has available store credits, the system will automatically apply them, deducting the booking amount from the store credit balance.

  • If the booking amount is less than the available credits, the balance remains as a credit on the client's profile.

It's important to note the limitations of Store Credits:

  • Store credits do not appear as a payment option on the service store.

  • Clients cannot use the discount code created to issue store credits during the booking process.
