Disable Clients from Accessing Services
If you have clients that have made policy violations, you can disable their profile and can restrict them from booking. To do this you can follow these steps-
Step 1 : Go to your Omnify Dashboard. Navigate to Clients > All Clients from the side panel.
Step 2 : Search for that particular client in the Clients table.
Step 3 : Go to the Client’s Profile > Manage Client.
Step 4 : Click on Disable Client and confirm.
Reset password for your clients as an Admin
You can reset passwords for your clients as an admin from the backend. Once you have reset the password the clients would receive the updated passwords into their email.
Step 1 : Go to your Omnify Dashboard. Navigate to Clients > All Clients from the side panel.
Step 2 : Search for that particular client in the Clients table.
Step 3 : Go to the Client’s Profile > Manage Client.
Step 4 : Click on Reset Password and confirm
