• Log onto your Dashboard

  • Click on Subscriptions under Frontdesk.

  • Select a client to view their customer profile.

  • Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.

  • You can now validity of a classpack for a client.

  • Log onto your Dashboard

  • Click on All Clients under Clients.

  • Select a client to view their customer profile.

  • Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.

  • You can now validity of a classpack for a client.

OR

To extend the validity of a classpack for a customer:

  • Log onto your Dashboard

  • Click on Bookings under Frontdesk.

  • Select a client to view their customer profile.

  • Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.

  • You can now change validity of a classpack for a client.
