Add or remove credits from a client's Classpack
To check the number of credits a customer has:
Log onto your Dashboard
Click on Subscriptions under Frontdesk.
Select a client to view their customer profile.
Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.
Click on the Modify Credits button on the classpack if you want to Modify the Class credits
You can extend the date of the class pack and can add more number of credits
You can now view and edit the credits for a client.
OR
Log onto your Dashboard
Click on All Clients under Clients.
Select a client to view their customer profile.
Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.
Click on the Modify Credits button on the classpack if you want to Modify the Class credits
