3. As soon as we add clients, they will get a welcome email asking them to create an account on your Omnify Service Store (Your Reservation Site). This is important as they will be needing accounts to make bookings in the future.
4. You will also need to let us know if you need us to send out welcome emails to your clients if this is not necessary please let us know when you send the client data over to us.
Note: It’s advisable to send them an email prior to migration informing them about this. Here’s a sample email.
Family Member Migration:
To start your family member migration, you will need to fill up this sheet- Sample sheet. For family members, the parent’s or the linked account’s email ID is important. Create one row for each family member.
If you are importing custom fields, you will need to create them first. This is where you can create them- https://app.getomnify.com/welcome/customfields. Only the one’s on the Family Member’s page can be imported.
