Client Migration:

  1. To start your client migration, you will need to fill up this sheet- Sample sheet
  2. If you are importing custom fields, you will need to create them first. This is where you can create them- https://app.getomnify.com/welcome/customfields. Only the one’s on the Sign-Up page can be imported.

3. As soon as we add clients, they will get a welcome email asking them to create an account on your Omnify Service Store (Your Reservation Site). This is important as they will be needing accounts to make bookings in future.

Note: It’s advisable to send them an email prior to migration informing them about this. Here’s a sample email.

Family Member Migration:

  1. To start your family member migration, you will need to fill up this sheet- Sample sheet. For family members, the parent’s or the linked account’s email ID is important. Create one row for each family member.
  2. If you are importing custom fields, you will need to create them first. This is where you can create them- https://app.getomnify.com/welcome/customfields. Only the one’s on the Family Member’s page can be imported.

Mapping Memberships to Clients:

  1. Create a Membership and add Member Benefits. Here’s a video to show you how to do it- Watch Video
  2. Fill up this sheet with Membership Details of clients. Here’s a Sample Membership Migration Sheet.
  3. Once, you have filled it up, we will start mapping members to their membership.
  4. Your members will receive a booking confirmation email about the membership.
