Overview
Memberships and Subscriptions in Omnify support multiple types of add-ons, giving you flexibility to bundle extra value or recurring benefits.
Supported Add-ons:
✔ General Items (e.g., uniforms, merchandise)
✔ Digital Products (e.g., guides, PDFs)
✔ Classpack – Ongoing (recurring class access)
✔ Classpack – Non-Renewing (fixed-term class access)
These can function as service upgrades, starter kits, recurring perks, or one-time purchases.
Add Add-ons to Memberships
Go to Dashboard → Memberships
Create or Edit a membership
Under Membership Duration, enable Allow Add-ons
Click Select Add-ons
Choose from the following:
General Items
Digital Products
Classpacks (Ongoing)
Classpacks (Non-Renewing)
Mark add-ons as:
Optional
Default Selected
Mandatory
Save
Add Add-ons to Programs
Programs support all add-on types:
General Items
Digital Products
Ongoing Classpacks
Non-renewing Classpacks
How to add them:
Go to Dashboard → Services → Programs
Open a program and click Edit
Scroll to Add-ons
Select supported add-ons
Mark add-ons as:
Optional
Default Selected
Mandatory
Save
Modify Add-ons for an Active Subscription
Go to Frontdesk → Subscriptions
Select a subscriber
Click on the three-dot menu
Select "Add Items"
Select your addons and proceed
Review prorated billing
Confirm order
Omnify automatically adjusts billing for added or removed classpacks or products.
