How to Set Up Auto Pay in Omnify
This feature eliminates the need for manual renewals by automatically charging clients at the end of each billing cycle.
Steps to Enable Auto Pay
Step 1: Choose Your Payment Gateway
Auto Pay is supported for the following payment gateways:
Omnify Payments (Powered by Stripe)
Stripe Gateway
💡 Note: Auto Pay is not available for manual or offline payment methods.
If you haven’t already connected one of the supported gateways:
Click Connect Payment Gateway under the Payments section.
Follow the steps to link your Stripe or Omnify Payments account
Step 2: Enable Auto Pay
Once your payment gateway is connected, find the Auto Pay Settings option.
Toggle Enable Auto Pay to activate automatic payments for eligible services.
Navigate to Settings → Booking flow.
Under Additional Booking Preferences - Enable Auto-renew
Click Save Changes.
🧩 How Auto Pay Works
Once enabled:
When a client purchases a Recurring Membership or Ongoing Class Pack, they can opt-in for Auto Pay. As shown in the image below
Their payment information is securely stored through Stripe.
The system automatically charges the client’s saved payment method when their renewal date arrives.
