Currently, this feature is available only for businesses using Omnify Payments or Stripe as their payment gateway.

Steps to Set Up a Trial

Step 1: Access the Trials Page

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Services → Trials.

  2. Toggle Activate Trial Enrollments to enable the feature.

💡 This toggle applies trial settings to selected ongoing Programs and Class Packs.

Step 2: Add a New Trial

  1. Click + Add a New Trial in the top-right corner.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Create Trial setup page.

Step 3: Trial Name

Enter a name that clearly describes your trial.

Example: Free 10-Day Trial or 7-Day Intro Offer.

Step 4: Apply the Trial To

Decide which subscriptions this trial will apply to.

  • All Subscriptions: The trial will apply across all eligible ongoing subscriptions.

  • Selected Subscriptions: Click + Select Subscriptions and choose specific subscriptions (e.g., Ninja JR Waddlers or Unlimited Class Pack).

Step 5: Trial Period

Set the Trial Duration — how long the trial lasts.

  • Enter the number and choose the period type: Days, Weeks, Months, or Years.

Example: 10 Days or 1 Month.

Step 6: Trial Price

Choose whether the trial is Free or Paid.

  • Free: No charge during the trial period.

  • Paid: Enter a custom price (e.g., $10).

💡 A paid trial can be useful if you want to limit sign-ups to serious customers while still offering a discounted first experience.

Step 7: Eligibility Criteria

Define who qualifies for the trial.
Omnify provides two options:

  1. Family-Based Eligibility:

    • “No member of the attendee’s family has booked a subscription with the business in the past X months.”

    • Use this if you want to prevent repeat sign-ups from the same family account.

  2. Individual Eligibility:

    • “The attendee has not booked any subscription with the business in the past X months, irrespective of bookings made by other family members.”

    • This allows more flexible access but still limits repeat users.

Example: Set eligibility to 6 months to ensure only new customers or long-lapsed clients can access the trial.

Once you’ve configured all settings, click Save at the bottom.

Step 9: Review on Frontdesk

Your newly created trial will now be available for eligible clients when they view the applicable subscription on your Frontdesk or Service Store.

They can sign up directly if they meet the eligibility conditions you’ve set.
