In this article, you'll learn how to create and customize a Class Pack in Omnify.

🪜 Steps to Create a Class Pack

Step 1: Access the Class Pack Creation Page

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Services → Class Packs.

  2. Click Create Class Pack.
You’ll be redirected to the Class Pack creation form.

Step 2: Class Pack Name

Enter a clear and descriptive Class Pack Name.

Example: 5-Class Yoga Pack, Unlimited Swim Sessions, or Intro Fitness Bundle.

Step 3: Select Type of Class Pack

Choose how your Class Pack should behave based on your business model:

  • Ongoing Class Pack: Continues until cancelled, with no fixed end date.

  • Fixed Term Class Pack: Expires after a specific time period.

  • Non-renewing Class Pack: Valid until all sessions are used, without renewal.

💡 Tip: Use “Ongoing Classpack” for time-based passes (e.g., Monthly Packs) and “Non-renewing” for limited-use packs (e.g., 10-Class Pass).

Step 4: Select Classes Bookable with This Pack

Decide which classes clients can use the pack for:

  • All Classes: Universal pack that applies to every class.

  • Only Specific Classes: Restrict the pack to selected classes (e.g., only Yoga or Pilates).

    • Note: When a single class is selected, the pack can offer an "Auto Book" option.

Step 5: Add Description and Photo

  1. Enter a Description summarising what’s included.

Example: “Access to 8 yoga classes over 3 months. Perfect for beginners looking to stay consistent.”

  2. Upload a Class Pack Photo (optional).

    • Upload a PNG or JPG image under 2MB.

    • Images help make your listing more attractive on your Service Store.

Step 6: Set Client Limits (Optional)

Enable Limit Maximum Number of Clients if you want to cap how many clients can purchase this Class Pack.
Enter the limit (e.g., 50).

Step 7: Make the Service Available for Booking

Choose the visibility of this pack on your Service Store:

  • Available for booking: Clients can view and purchase it directly.

  • Not available for booking: Enables a call to action button for the following

    • Join Waitlist - Enabling clients to directly join a waitlist

    • Do not show Call to Action button - Removes any call to action button

    • Direct them to an external link - Can be used for redirection

Step 8: Manage Cancellation and Refund Options

  1. Toggle Allow Cancellation if clients can cancel their pack.

    • You can also write a custom cancellation policy explaining terms and timelines.

  2. Enable Allow Refund if you plan to offer refunds for cancellations.

✏️ Example Policy:
“Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.”

Step 9: Add Custom Email Content (Optional)

Enhance client communication by customising the confirmation email:

  • Custom Email Content for the Class Pack: Add details like usage instructions or class booking links.

  • Custom Email Content for Trial: Include trial-related information if you’re offering a trial pack.
Toggle Enable Custom Email Content to activate this option.

Step 10: Configure Advanced Settings

Click Advanced Settings to access additional customization options.

Shareability

  • Enable customers to share this Class Pack among family members if you want families to use shared credits.

Filter Tags

  • Add Parent Filter Tags to categorise your Class Packs (e.g., “Yoga,” “Fitness,” “Kids Classes”).

  • These tags appear on your Service Store for better navigation.

Internal ID

  • Assign an Internal ID for administrative tracking or integration with external systems.

Age Restrictions

  • Enable Age Restrictions to set eligibility criteria (e.g., Ages 12+ only).

    • This will be set as shown in the image below

Step 11: Publish the Class Pack

Once you’ve completed all the fields, click Create Class Pack in the top-right corner.
Your Class Pack will now be visible and ready for clients to purchase (if set to “Public”).

💡 Best Practices

  • Use descriptive names to help clients identify what’s included.

  • Keep images under 2MB for fast loading and a clean display.

  • Offer multiple pack types (e.g., beginner, unlimited, family) for more flexibility.

  • Regularly review your client limits and expiry rules to align with your class schedule.

  • Combine packs with promotions or gift cards for added value.
