🪜 How to Create a Gift Card
Step 1: Access the Gift Card Creation Page
Go to your Dashboard → Services → Products.
Click Create a Product.
Select Gift Card from the available product types.
Step 2: Basic Details
Enter a Title for your gift card — for example:
“Gift Card”, “Give the Gift of Wellness”, or “Omnify Gift Certificate.”Add a Description that highlights the benefits or purpose of the gift card.
Example: “Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because! Give your loved ones the freedom to choose from our range of classes and services.”
Upload a Gift Card Image (PNG or JPG, up to 2MB) to make it visually appealing on your Service Store.
Step 3: Pricing Options
Decide how customers can purchase your gift cards:
Enable Clients to Enter a Custom Amount:
Allow clients to decide the value of their gift card. You can set a minimum and maximum limit.Add Denominations:
Offer predefined values such as $25, $50, $100, etc. Click + Add Denominations to add these options.
💡 Tip: Use clear denominations or rounded values to make selection easier for customers.
Step 4: Applicable To
Determine where the gift card can be redeemed:
All Services & Products: The gift card can be used across your entire store.
Selected Services & Products: Choose specific offerings where the card will be applicable.
Step 5: Expiry Settings
Choose whether your gift card will expire or never expire:
Never Expires: The card remains valid indefinitely.
Set Expiry: Specify the number of months or days from the date of activation.
Example: “Expires 6 months from date of activation.”

Step 6: Publish Your Gift Card
Once all details are filled, click Publish (top right). Your Gift Card will now appear on your Service Store.
Step 7: Enable Gift Cards on Your Storefront
To make the Gift Cards page visible to clients:
Go to Settings → Service Store.
Toggle on the Gift Cards Page.
✅ That’s it! Your Gift Card is now live and ready for customers to purchase.
💳 How Clients Can Purchase a Gift Card
Step 1: Visit the Storefront
Clients can visit your Service Store and click on Gift Cards to view the available options.
Step 2: Choose a Gift Card
They can:
Select a preset denomination, or
Enter a custom amount (if you’ve enabled this feature).
Step 3: Add Recipient Details
Enter the recipient’s name, email, and a personalised message.
Choose the amount or denomination.
Click Proceed.
Step 4: Complete Purchase
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Proceed to checkout and complete payment.
The recipient will receive an email with:
Their Gift Card code,
The value of the card, and
A redemption link they can use at checkout.
