🧩 Step 1: Access the Products Section
From your Dashboard, go to Services → Products.
Click Create a Product.
Choose one of the following:
General Item for physical products (e.g., T-shirts, yoga mats, bottles).
Digital Product for downloadable items (e.g., PDFs, videos, guides).
🧱 Creating a General Item (Physical Product)
Step 2: Basic Details
Click General Item to create a new physical product.
Enter the Product Name and a clear Description.
Upload a Product Image (PNG or JPG, up to 2MB).
🪄 Tip: Use clean, square images for best visibility on your store.
Step 3: Pricing Options
You can create multiple pricing options for one product — such as different sizes or variations.
Example: Branded T-shirt with options for Small, Medium, Large.
Add an Option Name (e.g., Small).
Enter the Price in USD.
Add an Option Description if you want to describe the variant.
Additional Settings under Pricing:
Set Availability – Define the maximum quantity available.
Enabling Set Duration allows you to automatically restock quantities periodically.
If disabled, the product will have unlimited availability.
Limit Sales per Person – Restrict how many items a single customer can buy.
Can also be restocked periodically when Set Duration is enabled.
External SKU ID – Use this field to assign a custom SKU for better tracking or integration with external inventory systems.
Click Add Now to save your pricing option.
Repeat these steps to add more options, if needed.
Step 4: Cancellation Policy
Scroll to the Cancellation section.
Toggle Allow Cancellation if you wish to permit cancellations.
Edit the Cancellation Policy to match your business terms. You can customise this message to reflect your refund or exchange policy.
Step 5: Additional Settings
Toggle Add Email Instructions to include a confirmation or delivery note in the client’s email.
Attach Parent and Child Filters to organise how the item appears in your Service Store (for example, “Merchandise” or “Accessories”).
Step 6: Publish
Once you’ve reviewed your details, click Publish at the top right. Your product is now live and visible on your Service Store.
💡 Client Purchase Options for General Items
As a Product on the Service Store:
To enable your product page, go to Settings → Service Store → Enable Products Page.
As an Add-On:
To make this item available as an add-on rather than a standalone product:
Set its status to Private.
Navigate to any service, click Add Add-on, and select your product.
Choose whether it’s mandatory, default selected, or optional.
✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully created a General Item.
💻 Creating a Digital Product (Downloadable Item)
Step 1: Basic Details
Select Digital Product when creating a product.
Enter the Product Name and Description.
Upload a Product Image (PNG or JPG, up to 2MB).
Step 2: Pricing Options
Like General Items, you can create multiple pricing tiers.
Example: “Fitness 101 Series” with options such as:
Foundation 101
Beginner 201
Intermediate 301
Add an Option Name and Option Price.
Write an Option Description if applicable.
Set the Max Quantity Available if you want to limit sales.
Add an External SKU ID for inventory tracking.
Step 3: Add Media
Digital Products let you attach files or links directly for download or access.
Click + Add Media.
Add a File Name and upload a PDF, or add a Link Name and enter a URL.
Click Add Now to save your media attachment.
Repeat if you have multiple downloadable items.
💡 You can mix file and link types — for example, a PDF manual plus a video link.
Step 4: Cancellation and Additional Settings
Configure your Cancellation Policy just as you would for a physical product.
Under Additional Settings, enable Add Email Instructions and attach relevant Filters for store categorization.
Step 5: Publish
When you’re ready, click Publish. Your digital product is now live and available for purchase.
💡 Client Purchase Options for Digital Products
As a Product on the Service Store:
Go to Settings → Service Store → Enable Products Page.
As an Add-On:
Set your digital product’s status to Private.
Navigate to any service and add your product as an add-on.
Choose its selection mode — mandatory, default selected, or unselected.
✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully created a Digital Product.
