πŸͺœ Steps to Create a Class

Step 1: Access the Class Setup

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Services β†’ Classes.

  2. Click Create a Class.

You’ll be directed to the class creation form.

Step 2: Basic Details

Personalize your Class by adding essential details.

This helps make your offering more appealing and easier for clients to find.

  1. Class Title:

Enter a name that clearly describes the class (e.g., Morning Yoga or Beginner Pilates).

  2. Class Description:

Add a brief overview of what the class includes. Example: β€œA relaxing yoga session to improve flexibility and posture.”

  3. Class Colour:

Choose a colour to visually distinguish this class in your Frontdesk calendar.

  4. Upload Image:

Add a class image (PNG, JPG, or SVG, up to 2MB).

Tip: Use bright, inviting images for better visibility on your store.

Step 3: Class Details

Provide more information about the logistics of your class.

  1. Add Location:

    • Select In-person or Online.

      • Enter the address (e.g., 395 Santa Monica Place, Los Angeles, CA 90401).

      • If online, you can specify the URL the class / Session occurs in. (Zoom will auto-fill this field if selected)

  2. Add Staff:

Assign one or more instructors or staff members (e.g., Team Omnify).

  3. Allow Individual Class Purchase:

    • Enable this toggle to let clients purchase individual sessions.

    • Choose the Service Type (Paid, Free, or Trial).

    • Set the Price (e.g., USD 25).

  4. Child Limit:

Define how many participants can join each session (e.g., 20).

  5. Display Remaining Slots:

Toggle this option to show available spots on your Service Store β€” great for transparency and driving urgency.

Step 4: Class Schedule

Set when and how often your class will occur.

  1. Select Availability:

    • Start Date: When the class begins (e.g., Today).

    • End Date: Choose Never for ongoing classes or set a specific date.

  2. Select Recurrence:

    • Pick Custom days of the week or Daily/Weekly.

  3. Add Schedule:

Define up to six class times per day. Example:

    • Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

    • Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  4. Tip: Consistent scheduling helps clients plan better.

Step 5: Booking Window

Control how far in advance clients can make bookings.

  • Booking Window Opens: Choose a timeframe (e.g., 6 Months before schedule start).

  • Booking Window Closes: Select when booking should stop (e.g., Start of schedule).

This ensures your class bookings stay organised and manageable.

Step 6: Cancellation Policy

Customize your cancellation terms to suit your business policy.

  1. Toggle Allow Cancellation if clients can cancel their bookings.

  2. Edit the Cancellation Policy text to reflect your terms. Example:

Applicability: Applies to all class bookings made directly through our platform.
Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend on the policy set by the provider. Please refer to the class’s cancellation eligibility and timeframe for more details.

Step 7: Add-ons

You can attach Add-ons (such as products or extra services) to your class.

Use this to offer upgrades like equipment rentals, merchandise, or private follow-up sessions.

Step 8: Additional Settings

Fine-tune your class settings for better control.

  • Filters: Use Parent and Child Filters to categorize your class on your Service Store.

  • Custom Email Content: Add personalized messages or reminders for attendees.

  • External SKU ID: Assign an SKU if you track classes through an external system.

  • Age Restrictions: Set age limits if your class has specific requirements.

Step 9: Publish

Once you’ve reviewed your settings, click Publish (top right corner).

Your class is now live and visible on your Service Store.

🎟️ Booking Options for Clients

  • Public Classes: Clients can browse and book directly from your Service Store.

  • Private Classes: Set the class status to Private if you only want specific clients to access it.
