πͺ Step-by-Step: How to Create a Program
1. Basic Details
Go to Dashboard β Services β Programs β Create Program.
Enter a Program Title (e.g., Little Champs Fitness Program).
Add an External SKU Code if needed for integration or reporting.
In the Description box, include a short overview of the program (e.g., βA 4-week recurring program designed for kids to improve strength and flexibilityβ).
Upload an Image to display on your Service Store.
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG (max 2MB).
Choose a Colour Tag to visually organise your programs.
2. Location & Trainers
Select Add Location β choose In-person and add your address.
Example: 395 Santa Monica Place, Los Angeles, CA 90401.
Under Add Staff, select your trainer(s) β e.g., Team Omnify.
Optionally, tag your program (e.g., Kids Fitness, Yoga Batch A).
3. Availability & Schedule
Choose your Start Date (e.g., Today) and End Date (Never or a set date).
Under Recurrence, select Custom days of the week.
Add your class timings:
Example: Sunday β 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM
You can add multiple days and time slots.
Repeat for each day of the week as needed.

4. Packaging & Pricing
Under Program Pricing, enter your package details:
Price: e.g., USD 100
Per: 4 Weeks
Choose your Program Capacity:
Toggle Allow Drop-ins if clients can book individual sessions.
Choose Dynamic (auto-adjusting) or Fixed Capacity (specific limit).
Set a Maximum Capacity (e.g., 12).
If drop-ins are allowed, enter:
Drop-in Class Title
Drop-in Price (e.g., USD 25)
Enable Show Class Schedules on Service Store. This will show the drop-in class as an individual purchase option
5. Select Add-ons
You can link optional add-ons such as Uniform Fees or Equipment Rentals.
Select these under Add-ons if applicable.
6. Enrollment & Bookings
Choose Auto-book Options:
β Recurring weekly at the same day and time β for automatic enrollment.
Decide how clients choose their start date:
Let clients select from available schedules.
Display the first 6 upcoming options.
Optionally exclude same-day schedules.
Set the Booking Window:
Opens: 6 months before the start.
Closes: At the start of the schedule.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Toggle Allow Cancellation if you permit clients to cancel bookings.
Write a clear Cancellation Policy, for example:

8. Additional Settings
Enable Custom Email Content for personalized confirmations.
Use Filters (Parent/Child) to segment who can book.
Apply Pre-launch Settings to make the program private until ready.
Set Age Restrictions if applicable.
Toggle Auto Make-up Classes to automatically assign replacement sessions to absentees.
Final Step
When all details are ready, click Publish (top right).
Your program will now appear on your Service Store, allowing clients to register for all recurring sessions seamlessly.
