If someone comes to your service store, starts the booking process and doesn’t make a payment, you will be able to target them via automated emails and also view and track them from the Front desk.
When you’re sending someone an abandoned cart email, the main goal is to get them back to the service store and is ready to complete their purchase. Thus, we have created emails that does that!
Also, You will be able to view and track the details of the the specific service they were trying to book. Once you have all the details, you will be able to retarget them in more than many ways. You can view the details from the Front desk.
Go to Frontdesk> Bookings
In the Bookings table, you will see the icon for Abandoned Bookings under the 'Bookings' Column. The icon -
