Functionalities of Classpack

You can create Class packs if you are selling classes in bulk. You can choose to offer class packs for:

a) Universal Class

b) Specific Classes

How to create Class packs?

a) Universal Class

  1. Login to your Dashboard and click on Services

  2. Before you Create a Classpack, you might want to create the classes first. Skip this step if you already have classes set up.

  3. Click on Create a Service, then select Classpack

  4. Fill in the details as follows;

  • Enter a name for the Classpack

  • Enter a Description

  • Enter the number of credits and the duration (for example: 10 credits for 1 month or 2 credits for 1 week). This means that if your customer purchases this Class Pack, they will be able to book the assigned classes for that specified duration

  • Enter a Price for the Class Pack

  • Enter Tags if you want to use the filters option. Leave it blank if you want to skip this.

  • Family Sharing: Enable Family sharing if you want the customer to split the class pack with their family members

  • Universal Class Pack: If you choose this option- the customer will be able to book any Classes that you are offering with this Class Pack.

  • Save once you are done!

b) Specific Class

  1. Go to Dashboard, click on Services

  2. Before you Create a class pack, you might want to create the classes first. Skip this step if you already have classes set up.

  3. Click on Create a Service, then select Classpack

  4. Fill in the details;

  • Enter a name for the Class Pack (example: 10 Sessions for 1 month)

  • Enter a Description

  • Enter the number of credits and the duration (for example: 10 credits for 1 month or 2 credits for 1 week). This means that if your customer purchases this Class Pack, they will be able to book the assigned classes for that specified duration.

  • Enter a Price for the Class Pack

  • Enter Tags if you want to use the filters option. Leave it blank if you want to skip this.

  • Family Sharing: Enable Family sharing if you want the customer to split the class pack with their family members

  • Unselect the Universal Class Pack. Select the classes that you want to map to the class pack from the dropdown

  • Add New Class if the Class is not created.

  • If you have mapped only one class to the class pack, then you can choose the Auto Book option.

  • With Auto Book, your customers will be auto-assigned to available classes. (Example: in this case, they will be assigned to the subsequent available 10 sessions. If you do not choose Auto-book, your customers will have the option of selecting the Class schedules. This option is only available if a class pack is mapped to only one specific class.)

  • Save once you are done!
