How to make a Classpack booking from the Frontdesk?
From the Dashboard, go to the Frontdesk and then click on Bookings
Click on Add a new Client button (if the client is not added already)
Click on the New Booking button and select The Class Pack tab
Fill in all the details and make the booking
Once you complete the booking, the client will be credited with the credits
6. You can check the credits by going to the client profile. Dashboard> Clients> Select Client > Class pack tab
How to make Bookings via credit from the Frontdesk?
From the Dashboard, go to the Frontdesk and then click on Bookings
Click on the New Booking button and select The Classes tab
Fill in all the details and make the booking
Once you complete the booking, the client will be deducted with the relevant credits (see below)
How to track credits for bookings made from FrontDesk?
From the Dashboard, go to Clients
Select the Client, go to their profile.
Click on the Class packs tab.
You'll be able to see the deducted credits in the relevant Class Pack.
How to track credits for bookings made from Service Store
Once your customers make a booking from the Service Store, you can check if the credits have been deducted or not from their profile.
On the service store click your name on the top left of the screen
Click on the view profile button
Click on the Subscriptions tab
All your class credits will be shown here
