Functionalities of Customer Relationship Management

Every time a new client makes a booking with your services, their name, and other details are added to your CRM. In addition to that, their social profiles are also pulled up and added automatically to your CRM.

You can review all your customers and manage your customer information from the Clients page of your Dashboard.

In this article:

  • Add new client

  • Import clients

  • How to read the client’s table?- filter Leads, Active & Inactive customer

  • Add additional info and edit clients

  • View Clients Booking and payment history

  • Add family members to a client

  • Add notes to a client

Add new client:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Clients

  2. Clienton the Add Client button and fill in the details.

  3. You can add additional information by clicking on additional information

  4. Click Add Client to create the client

  5. All entered fields will now be displayed in your client list.

Reading the client’s table:

1. Status- In the Status column, 3 tags are used to help you sort your client list- Lead, Active, and Inactive.

  • Lead: The lead is a prospective client who hasn’t booked any service

  • Active: Active client has an active membership or has made a booking in the last 30 days

  • Inactive: Inactive client’s membership has expired or hasn’t made a booking in the last 30 days

2. Name- Full Name of the client

3. Last Booked on- Date of client’s last transaction

4. Joined on- Day client was added to the list

5. Email- Email of the client. In the case of a family member who is a dependent of a client, this will come as a blank

6. Phone number- Phone number of the client. In the case of a family member who is a dependent of a client, this will come as a blank

7. Dues- Pending payments

8. Spent- Total amount spent in booking your services

9. If you click on the View button

  • Booking History- View all the booking history from successful bookings to pending payments to cancellations in a timeline view

  • Memberships- View all the memberships, active and expired in a timeline view

  • Class-packs- View all the class packs, active and expired in a timeline view. Also, extend class packs and add/deduct credits

  • Notes- Add notes to the client

  • Dues- Timeline view of all the pending payments

  • Client info- You can view additional info to the client

  • Family- You can add and view family members to the client here

  • Check-In- Timeline view of the check-ins

Add additional info and edit clients

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Clients and then click on View.

  2. On the client information page, you will see the edit button below the profile picture of the client. Click on edit and you can add additional information.

  3. You can view the same by clicking on the Client Information tab

View Clients Booking & Payment history

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Clients and then click on View.

  2. On the client information page, you will Bookings Tab

  3. Click on the Bookings tab to view all the booking history from successful bookings to pending payments to cancellations in a timeline view

  4. To view active/expired classpacks, click on the classpack tab

  5. To view active/expired memberships, click on the membership tab

Add family members

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Clients and then click on View.

  2. On the client information page, click on Family Tab

  3. Click on Add family Members button

  4. Fill in all the information and click on Add

Add notes to a client

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Clients and then click on View.

  2. On the client information page, click on Notes Tab

  3. Click on Add Notes button

  4. Fill in the information and click on Save
