Here's How to Convert Prospects into Loyal Customers with Omnify. Enable your clients to send you messages right from your service store.

Dashboard > Clients > Prospects

With the prospects feature, you can keep track of potential customers who want to get in touch with you.

How your customers can use the prospects feature:

  1. Go to your service store.

  2. Click on the 'Message Us' / 'Contact Us' tab available on the top navigation bar. 

  3. Fill in the information for contact and hit send.

How you can use the prospects feature:

  1. Go to the ‘Prospects’ under the ‘Clients’ tab

  2. You can search for prospects, view their message and even add them as a client from here.
