Deleting a Customer

Learn the steps to remove a customer from your store, including all booking data linked to that customer from Omnify account when needed.

How to delete a customer?

Dashboard > Clients > All Clients > Client Profile > Manage Client > Delete Customer

  1. Go to Dashboard> Clients

  2. Search and 'Select the Client'.

  3. Go to their profile and click on 'Manage client'

  4. Click on - 'Delete Customer'

  5. Confirm.

Note - Deleting a Customer will delete all the booking details of the customer from your Database.
