How can I check in my clients who do not have a booking?

You can not Check In clients who have not made any booking. You can check them in once they have made their booking.

You can make a booking for your clients from frontdesk. To make booking from frontdesk follow these steps

  • Go to Frontdesk >> Bookings >> New Booking

  • Search the name of the payee and make a booking for them. If the payee has not been added into the system you can click on Add payee and then proceed with their bookings.

Once the booking has been made you can check them in 3 ways

Dashboard > Check-ins > Go to Client Check-ins App

You can check-in customers and keep a track of attendance using the Check-in app by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to the ‘Check-ins’ section from the Dashboard.

  2. Click on the ‘Go to Client Check-ins App’ on the top right corner.

  3. Search for the customer you want to check-in on the search bar and from the results, click on the particular customer.

  4. Select the service you want to check in the customer for.

  5. Complete the check-in by clicking on the Check-in button.

You can Check them In from the Check In page

  1. Go to the ‘Check-ins’ section from the Dashboard.

  2. Set the date of Check In

  3. Below you will find the name of the attendees

  4. Click on Check In besides their name to mark them in

You can check your clients through Calendar

  1. Go to the Calendars section from the Dashboard.

  2. Select the service from the calendar

  3. Below you will find the name of the attendees

  4. Click on Check In besides their name to mark them in
