How can I add or remove credits from a client's Classpack?

Add or remove credits from a client's Classpack

To check the number of credits a customer has:

  • Log onto your Dashboard

  • Click on Subscriptions under Frontdesk.

  • Select a client to view their customer profile.

  • Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.

  • Click on the Modify Credits button on the classpack if you want to Modify the Class credits

  • You can extend the date of the class pack and can add more number of credits

  • You can now view and edit the credits for a client.

OR

  • Log onto your Dashboard

  • Click on All Clients under Clients.

  • Select a client to view their customer profile.

  • Click on the Classpack tab on the customer profile page.

  • Click on the Modify Credits button on the classpack if you want to Modify the Class credits

  • You can extend the date of the class pack and can add more credits

  • You can now view and edit the credits for a client.
